Email Subscribers

StatusIQ allows your customers to subscribe to alert via email, in case of any incident or any upcoming maintenance.

Your end users can subscribe by clicking Subscribe on your public status page, or you can bulk import subscribers from StatusIQ by clicking Add Subscribers > Import Subscribers.

Export subscribers

Using this option you can download the subscriber list as CSV files and can upload that in another status page using Import Subscribers option.

To export subscribers, log in to your StatusIQ account, choose the status page of your preference. Click Subscribers tab in the left nav bar, then navigate to Email Subscribers > Download CSV.
