In this doc, we'll cover:

Create a new threshold profile for Gateway Load Balancer

To create a new threshold profile for your Gateway Load Balancer node:

  1. Log in to your Site24x7 account and go to Admin > Configuration Profiles > Threshold and Availability.
  2. Click Add Threshold Profile in the Threshold and Availability screen.
  3. Select Gateway Load Balancer from the Monitor Type drop-down and provide an appropriate label in the Display Name field for identification purposes.
  4. For parameters like Service Endpoint Disconnected, Notify for Endpoint Deletion, Notify for Endpoint Failed, and Notify for Endpoint Rejected, you can toggle to Yes if you want to receive alerts for these events.
  5. Performance counters supported for the Gateway Load Balancer will be shown under the Threshold Configuration section. You can configure values, set up alert conditions, and determine alert strategies at the individual attribute level. By default, only two attributes will be shown. You can select more by clicking on the Select Attributes option. When a metric value violates the determined threshold, an alert will be triggered.
