| Decide When you Want to Receive Phone Alerts with "Alerting Period" Option |

The Alerting Period option allows you to clearly define a time window to receive voice or SMS alerts from Site24x7. Enabling this option allows you to remain undisturbed during any of your official or personal engagements. |

To configure Alerting Period in Site24x7 navigate to:
Alerts > Contacts > Add Contacts > Phone Settings > Alerting Period
